The Jeep Wrangler has four engine variants that include:

- 3.0-liter Eco-diesel that generates 442 pound-feet of torque
- 3.6-liter V6 engine with Etorque that puts out 260 pound-feet of torque

All the powertrains mentioned above have a towing capacity of 3500 pounds. The Selec-Trac allows the Jeep Wrangler to switch automatically from 4x4 to a two-wheel drive on the highway. The Rock-Trac is found exclusively in the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and offers the vehicle high off-road capabilities. It will allow you to switch from a two-wheel-drive to a four-wheel-drive and features:
- Low gear ratio
- Electronic front sway bar disconnect
- Front and rear electronic locking differentials
